On Tuesday, 5th of June all participants had a chance to learn how such popular Lithuanian desserts as "Šakotis" (Lithuanian cake) and "Skruzdėlynas" (ant hill cake) are made. The students also had a traditional Lithuanian lunch with various authentic dishes and visited a nursing home to which residents they gave one of the desserts they had made.
In the evening all students were given a Kaunas city tour, during which they had the opportunity to see the Old town and various other sights.
